Facultad Humanidades

Conference: "The Nature of Language Ideologies: What are they really about?"
Description: Language ideologies represent languages as inherently good or bad, as controllable or perfectable, and above as having the power to create or destroy the social order. How do people conceptualize language in order to attribute such power to it, and what are those images of language really about?

Undergraduates in Liberal Arts Education in the United States"
