SYNOPSIS: 

 A scholarship of $5,000 (may be two awards of $2,500 each) is

awarded to an employee of a local government or other public entity

who is enrolled or plans to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate

program in public administration, finance, business administration, or

related field.
